Tia has over two decades of experience getting her start as an at-home provider. She enrolled her child at the center part-time before buying the building. She made the move from parent to owner and remains a champion for quality child care.

Credentialed at Level 5 by the Maryland State Department of Education
16 years of experience running a licensed childcare facility
A wide range of additional training hours in the core areas of child development, curriculum, health, safety and nutrition, special needs, professionalism, and community
Continues to pursue higher education in the childcare field to stay abreast of new developments to bring back to her community
