An Owner With 20 Years Dedicated to Care

Tia has over two decades of experience, having started as an at-home provider. She enrolled her child at the center part-time before purchasing the building. She transitioned from parent to owner and remains a champion for quality child care.

A Tenured Director With Extensive Qualifications

The director is highly qualified and has an extensive background in effective teaching strategies and instructional leadership skills. She is passionate about learning and dedicated to providing an unparalleled educational and care experience for every child and family.

The Director’s Experience and Qualifications Include:

An Associate of Applied Science Degree from The Community College of Baltimore County

Credentialed at Level 5 by the Maryland State Department of Education

16 years of experience running a licensed childcare facility

A wide range of additional training hours in the core areas of child development, curriculum, health, safety and nutrition, special needs, professionalism, and community

Continues to pursue higher education in the childcare field to stay abreast of new developments to bring back to her community
